Service Description

Muscular/injury therapy will be a 60 minute treatment that focuses on areas of tension, pain, loss of mobility/flexibility, injury sites or areas that have presented with problems following bad positioning from protecting injuries. Using posture analysis we can work out if the problems are the effect of bad posture, positions of habit or stress and tailor the treatment to achieve more mobility/flexibility, rehabilitation or pain relief. Featuring both eastern and western techniques with the added benefit of federation approved aromatherapy oils, blended to suit for you as an individual and reinforcing the treatment at no extra cost to you.
